Larry Kehres worked for many years as a craftsman for other builders until he decided to establish his own building and remodeling company in 1978. After serving on the board for several years, Larry was named president of the Home Builders Association of Berks County in 2008 and 2009. He continues to serve on the board of the HBA of Berks County and looks forward to reprising his role as president in the near future.
He has won multiple remodeling awards through the HBA of Berks County, has been featured in Builders Architect magazine, and has been recognized in the Who’s Who Registry for his distinguished commitment to quality and excellence in design and construction. Larry has also participated in the Restoring Hope Project for many years and has also served as project lead, demonstrating his dedication to community.
Brad Kehres learned the construction business hands-on from his father, Larry, from an early age. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Management. He possesses the perfect combination of business acumen and practical experience. He has also served on the board of the Home Builders Association of Berks County for three years. Brad is a factory-certified installer for many of the leading manufacturers of building materials, such as Anderson, Simonton, ProVia, Thermatru and many more. He is dedicated to keeping the business on the cutting edge of marketing and meeting customers’ individual needs by providing innovative design plans and prompt communication that is arranged based on personal preferences. He is committed to staying on-trend with the most up-to-date building concepts. Brad is stepping into a more prominent role in the company and looks forward to carrying on the specialized services that his father has become known for and continuing the company’s legacy, with an eye towards the needs of today’s customers.
